Carpark

Sealed by blast doors that can withstand a nuclear bomb, the 10 floor carpark under the Tower has become the training grounds for Riders. To enter you need to go down to -1 in the elevator. It opens into a tiny concrete room with the far wall being the sealed doors. The Rider swipe card will open the doors.
