Foyer - 1 Viewing The entrance to the Tower is via a set of large glass doors that have been reinforced to withstand the impact of a rocket. Behind the doors is a marble floored entrance room. On the left is a concierge desk, to the front is two sets of elevators, on the right are doors leading to the Store room, Infirmary, and fire stairs. |

Stairs The fire escape stairs have a door on every floor of the Tower, making them a handy exit point for any Rider that doesn't want to mingle with the rest of the team. The doors are reinforced steel however, and are fitted with electronic locks that only the swipe card of a Rider can unlock. |

Cafe Found at the rear of the 2nd floor there is a large cafe/restaurant. This is where the Riders make their meals as it's the only cooking facility in the building. |

Communications On the 12th level is the Rider command center. This room full of monitors keeps watch over most of the city, thanks to a little bit hacking into NYC's traffic cameras. It is here that someone keeps watch to see if anything bad is happening that the Riders should stop. If there is they contact the rest of the Riders via long range radio ear pieces each Rider should be wearing. |

Store room The 3rd floor has been modified into a room where Riders can safely place their weapons and things when not in use. This includes explosives, armor, guns and more. |

Panic room Thanks to the modifications by a technologically savvy Government agent, level 5 has been protected by every safeguard the world has to offer. Once the room is activated no one can get in without someone on the inside disabling 6 different lock combinations and scanning their thumbprint. Whenever the tower comes under attack anyone not actively involved in the fight is place here for protection. |

Lookout On level 18, the penhouse level of the Tower, the entire floor has been cleared out. Except for the several strategically placed couches and bean bags where one can sit and view the city below them. This is also where someone generally keeps watch to make sure no one is taking undue interest in the Tower. |

Roof Equipped with dozens of beach chairs, the flat roof of the Tower is where Riders can come and enjoy the sun and a great view. There is also a 50m swimming pool up here. |

Medical services On the ground floor there is a well stocked infirmary near the entrance. If you get injured in the line of duty, this is where you'll get fixed up. If it's something serious, a surgery ward is located on level 7. That is where the patient rooms are also located. |

Carpark Sealed by blast doors that can withstand a nuclear bomb, the 10 floor carpark under the Tower has become the training grounds for Riders. To enter you need to go down to -1 in the elevator. It opens into a tiny concrete room with the far wall being the sealed doors. The Rider swipe card will open the doors. |
