There is a lot going on with this site, plus i've already written up many posts referring to Staff instead of just me, so i need me some minions! In fact, i need me a lot of minions.
I would prefer if you had had some Admin experience before applying for this job, but i don't mind if you haven't. Your tasks would include being the hard hand of the law for TTF, helping me edit and update the coding for the site, have epic admin plottage with me so we can throw curve balls at the members when we get bored, and so on. Basically you're another me.
You do all your Staff duties through the Mod account. You would be moderators for the entire forum, you can move threads, and basically be mini Admins. You can do pretty much anything we can, just please remember that we would have the final say in arguments. Also site wide plottage would be discussed with you before implementation so you can have input. No previous experience is required for this job, but again, is preferred.
So, i can see you're confused. Basically the system i am using on TTF is one where Staff who have power equal to that of a Global Mod ie they can edit anything anywhere, are simply called Mods. Staff who have Moderator powers ie can edit anything on certain boards only, are called Mods of that board. At the moment i am looking for App Mods and Graphics mods. App Mods are in charge of helping members get their character approved by providing feedback and dealing out approved banners. Graphics Mods are in charge of all the goings on in the Graphics boards. They are also graphically talented and can use a program such as photoshop very well. Within their boards, the App and Graphics Mods outrank the global Mods, but Admins will always have final say. It'll be explained more clearly if you get accepted haha. No previous experience is required.
