The year is 2500. The Teen Titans have been gone for over 400 years, leaving evil to do as it wished. No one remembers why the Titans left, all we know is the present. The United control the city and have done so for the last 20 years, much to the chagrin of the Reavers. These 2 fractions of villains have been at war for over 100 years. New York City being the prize they both desire to rule over. As a result of their encounters, the city is all but in ruins. It looks like someone went trigger happy with a couple hundred rocket launchers, which probably isn’t far from the truth.
However times seem to be about to change. A new generation of Teen Titans have taken up residence in an abandoned skyscraper in NYC. Their goal, to fight the culture of violence and hate that their world has devolved into. But will this small team of heroes be enough to take on both armies of evil?
